Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your desk tools. If a standard item does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward, hassle-free returns process.
- Returns are accepted on unused, unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
- Custom hot-embossed items, custom stationery, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- A nominal return label fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
